COMMUNNICATIONS CONCEPT- EUROPEAN CULTURAL CAPITAL 2012

The communications program is conceived as an open platform from which we will launch various progressive communications interventions that will attempt to surpass the obsolete forms of today, which are becoming less efficient and credible over time – for example, advertising through traditional media. The communications tools to be used for Ljubljana 2012 will be based on the following fundamental principals: openness, inclusiveness, interconnectedness, participation, and above all dialog.
